All artwork shall be sent to Visual Acuity Trading CC via email to visualacuity1@gmail.com .
Layouts of the artwork will be sent to the customer for approval.
80% of the total quoted priced must be paid before any branding can commence.
Branding will commence once layout is approved, and payment reflects in our account.
ETA is established once artwork is approved, and funds reflect in our account.
By approving artwork, the customer accepts the layout as laid out on the artwork and you have ensured that the item being branded:
- Colour and size of the item are correct.
- Spelling, font size, etc. are correct.
Once artwork is approved, no changes will be accepted.
Printing colours will be matched as close as possible to the colours of the artwork provide, but we do not guarantee a 100% colour match.
We do not guarantee print onto metal and ceramics.
Additional charges will be applied to artwork received in the incorrect format as this will need to be redrawn. These fees will be omitted to the customer and will have to be paid before branding can commence.
Branding cancelled after layouts have been generated will be charged for at N$150.00 excluding VAT per layout completed.

Only PC format artwork will be accepted.
Vector artwork is the preferred artwork, but certain other formats might be accepted.

Where skins are available for sale as stand-alone items, Visual Acuity Trading CC will be able to fit skins onto our purchased hardware. Should our customers request that we refit the skins, return of hardware to Visual Acuity Trading and all costs accompanying the refit will be the responsibility of the customer.
The relevant hardware will be inspected before refitting and if we notice any damages or faults to the hardware, we will not be able refit the skins.
If the client refits the skins themselves, Visual Acuity Trading will not be held liable for any for skins purchased that do not fit due to faulty or damaged hardware.
It is the client’s responsibility to make sure they order the correct skins for the correct display unit.
Reskinning is specifically tailored to fit to Visual Acuity Trading’s hardware, and we cannot be held liable for skins purchased to be fitted onto a third-party’s hardware.
Artwork must be created in CMYK, and all colours must be included as a pantone solid coated spot within the print file supplied. Failing this will result in no colour matching taking place. Also note that not all pantone colours can be achieved due to a limited colour range of various digital CMYK Print methods.
Fluorescent and metallic pantones cannot be matched, only and tonal representation thereof can be achieved.
Prolonged exposure to sunlight can/will reduce longevity of the print.
Manufacturing of workwear products will only commence once the deposit has been paid and is reflecting in our account.
Conti suit sets are sold according top industry standards which establishes that the pants in the set are 2 sizes smaller than the jacket. Thus, Conti suit set will be sold according to the jacket size meaning that if the customer places an order for a size 40 the jacket will be size 40 and the pants will be size 36.
Please ensure that sizing is correct when placing the order.
We will unfortunately not accept any returns on unbranded and branded workwear items that have had tape specially applied as this not a stock item.
