- Visual Acuity Trading CC is a legally registered company, registered with Business and Intellectual Property of Namibia (BIPA) as well as tax registered with Namibia Revenue Agency (NamRA).
- Visual Acuity Trading CC will provide you with a formal quotation which will contain our bank details.
- All amounts quoted will be in Namibian Dollars.
- Quotation will be valid for a period of 30 days or until stocks last.
- Our Company does not accept nor will not request any type of electronic wallet payment, example: FNB e-wallet, Bank Windhoek easy wallet, Standard Bank blue voucher or Nedbank mobi pay.
- A deposit of 80% of the purchase amount will be requested for order to be processed.
- Once the 80% deposit has reflected in our account, the order will be processed.
- Processed orders take 7 - 14 working days to be completed and delivered in Windhoek.
- Rush fees applicable on order that will have to be completed faster.
- Products will only be released to purchaser once full payment has been made.
- Invoices will be provided once full payment has been made and products have been delivered to our clients.
